Airwii Networks is unique in it's approach to providing our service to customers, we don't provide a 24hr customer phone service as there's no need to, Airwii Networks monitor all connections to our networks with our Watch Dog network service to insure that all customers are getting the best possible connection and our nerds adjust settings in your CPE (customer premises equipment) wireless modem when needed to insure signal strength is maintained, data through put is not congested and the firmware is the latest available.
Our Networks Nerds are the best in the buinesess and will know about any problems in our networks before the client is even aware of it in most cases, and pro-actively go about making adjustment and repairs as needed to provide the best service possible to our customers.
Airwii Networks do not operate web or mail servers, it would just be another cost we would have to past onto our customers, and there's so many big company's like Microsoft & Goggle that do it so well for free, and most people have a hot-mail or g-amil email accounts anyway, and if you don't have one, we will help in setting up an account when you first join our networks, also Airwii Networks customers can sms or e-mail support@airwii.com.au anytime for help.
Airwii Networks invests it's money back into our business to provide better value priced fixed wireless Internet access to our customers, and gives customers a referral program (discounted monthly access) for promoting our products, we do not use TV or Radio adds as this is a large cost and ends up costing the customer, we only use word of mouth, customer referrals and our website to promote and advertise our products. |
